every one of them by many of the same economists and massachusetts is basically working pretty well. we had an expansion to a prescription drug entitlement under president bush t. computers the donut. then it was a different argument. then it was republicans don't like new programs, so they don't make it work. that's why it's failing. it's a bit different as an argument. it was the same thing, growing pains. then it worked. i promise if you go back to when it was enstalled, you will find that there weren't any computers, but, you know, are they going to get the pastal system working? are they going to get the files created and keep track of people's payrolls? that doesn't mean this isn't jer e serious. but my bet is that this is not going to be a history books, 25 years from now t. fact that america joined the realm of every other industrialized country in having health ens for all its people is going to be in the history box 25 years from now. that doesn't make this any easier right now. but it is something that i think your viewers should remember. >> i appreciate that balance. lar
